Where We Ship
We offer a nationwide shipping option for customers who cannot drop off their media in person.
Our listed method is PostNet-to-PostNet. Confirm the receiving branch and shipping arrangements with us before dispatch.
Shipping Fee
The listed flat shipping fee is R150 for PostNet-to-PostNet delivery.
Please confirm the current fee, what it covers and whether any return-delivery charges apply to your order before paying.
Collection
PostNet-to-PostNet parcels are collected at a designated PostNet branch rather than delivered directly to your home.
Check the collection notification and follow the courier's instructions when your parcel arrives.

A little preparation helps protect your original media while it travels to us.

Tell us what formats you have and approximately how many items you want digitised. Confirm the shipping arrangements before sending your parcel.
Pack Carefully
Use a sturdy box and suitable protective packing. Keep items secure so they cannot move around, and include your name and contact details inside the parcel.
Keep Your Details
Retain your courier receipt and tracking details. Let us know when you have sent the parcel so we can identify your incoming shipment.
Do not send loose media without suitable protection. If your tapes or reels are fragile, damaged or affected by mould, contact us before packaging them so we can discuss handling.

Do you accept customers from outside Port Elizabeth?

How long will delivery take?

Can I send my tapes in an ordinary envelope?
We recommend a sturdy, appropriately sized parcel with protective packing. Original tapes, reels and photographs should be secured against impact and movement.
Can I collect or drop off my media in person?
You can contact us to discuss arranging a drop-off at 2 Springfield Road, Greenshields Park, Port Elizabeth. Please arrange your visit with us beforehand.
